Biography

Tracy Hays, CPA

Utilizing his BBA in Accounting and qualification as a Certified Public Accountant, Tracy has operated his own private accounting practice for the past twenty-five years. Responding to the needs and requests of his accounting clients, Tracy expanded his practice to include comprehensive financial planning and money management services.

Passionate about providing resources to help individuals and couples achieve financial success, Tracy continues to develop material that gives clarity and direction to a sometimes complicated subject – financial planning from a biblical perspective.

Tracy is an avid reader, especially military history books. He enjoys competing in local running races, triathlons and heading to the mountains with his backpack, family and friends.

Elaine Hays, CFP, MSFE

Elaine earned her undergraduate BBA from Texas Christian University and then completed a Master of Science in Finance and Economics. She is a Certified Financial Planner and works with individuals to help identify, communicate and achieve their financial goals.

Drawing from her previous work experience as a stockbroker, Elaine enjoys teaching individuals about investments so that they are able to assume more of the decision-making related to their financial future. She believes that investors are more effective and more comfortable as they gain understanding of the markets and the risk/reward associated with them.

Elaine takes great interest in politics and the political system, with an interest in becoming more personally involved in the future. She also enjoys spending time with her family at the lake and reading great books discovered through her book club.
